Be Your Own Eugene (A Review of “The Art of Eating Through the Zombie Apocalypse”)

Be your own Eugene!

As a person who believes an impending zombie apocalypse is not so much an if, as much as a when, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the book “The Art of Eating Through the Zombie Apocalypse.”

As our fearless survivors know, you gotta eat. And when the inevitable happens, you might not be so lucky as to come across trucks full of cans of food and supplies. That’s where this book comes in. It’s chock full of not only recipes, but survival tips as well. From what to put in a bug-out bag to how to purify water and start a fire, this book has you covered.

The main attraction, of course, are the recipes. And while I will skip the “Mealworm Fried Rice” for now, thank you, the “Life Is Not Just Peachy-Blueberry Cobbler” sounds quite delicious.

Overall, I love this book and would highly recommend it to any zombie fan. It’s detailed but also funny, and the illustrations are adorable. Make yourself indispensable to whatever group you take up with after the sh*t hits the fan, and get this book!

The Art of Eating Through the Zombie Apocalypse” was written by Lauren Wilson, and illustrated by Kristian Bauthus. It is available through Amazon.
